Every Griffin Energy Audit includes:
- A blower door test to determine the amount and locations of air leaks. Thermal imaging of windows, doors, walls and everywhere else that may be losing energy.
- We start with a safety check on all gas appliances, testing all visible gas lines for leaks. We also check the water heater and furnace for any issues including back draft and high C.O. We do a visual inspection of attics, crawl spaces and basements for insulation, moisture and structural problems.
- All of the information is entered into state of the art software and we produce a detailed report of savings, carbon footprint, R.O.I or savings to investment ratio S.I.R.
